This May, LBP Locksmiths were called to a property at a seafront in Brighton. Their uPVC window was stuck as both the locking espag mechanism and hinges were corroded with rust.
We deglazed the window and used specialist tools to disassemble the parts then carefully brought the window inside the property to replace the faulty parts and
rehung the window. We calibrated the locking points to ensure that the window made a good, tight weather seal. The uPVC window is now easy to maneuver with the outside view looking good.
